I understand that special circumstances may come up these days and are unavoidable so a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment we require ATLEAST 48 hour notice. This must be done directly thru me or thru the online booking system, other methods are not accepted. Guests who choose to not honor their appointments will be charged as follows: • 48hour cancellation: 30% fee • Failure to show/Day of Cancel: Full service charge • Less than 48 hours: Subject to half the service charge This courtesy enables the availability to schedule other guests and maintains a higher availability for you as well. There of course are always exceptions so pleasee reach out as soon as you think you will be needing to cancel or reschedule.
